Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints/Dispute Resolution

Customers, defined as consumers, have the option to engage in an online arbitration process in case of a dispute. This procedure can be conducted via the EU "Your Europe" portal, accessible at http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/index_de.htm, with the support of a recognized arbitration body.

European Commission Platform

Additionally, the European Commission offers a dedicated platform for online dispute resolution in accordance with Article 14, paragraph 1 of the ODR Regulation (Online Dispute Resolution Regulation), which can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. This platform is a valuable resource for consumers seeking to resolve conflicts without resorting to traditional legal procedures.

It is important to note that participation in the online conciliation procedure is not a mandatory requirement before pursuing claims in competent courts. Instead, this process serves as an alternative avenue to address and resolve disputes that may arise within the context of a contractual relationship.

Please note that we are not willing to participate in any dispute resolution procedure conducted before a recognized consumer arbitration body.
