Countries and costs shipping
Deliveries of digital content and physical goods are only possible within the EU and Italy. We generally do not charge shipping costs for digital content, however for physical goods, you can check the shipping costs in the "Cart" when purchasing the goods.
Product delivery physicists:
The delivery of the goods takes place within the delivery times specified in the item description and begins with receipt of the order with us. The delivery time for Italy is 1 or 2 working days, while for Europe it is 3 or 5 working days.
We remind you that delivery is generally not available on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
If you ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different deal with you. The delivery time is determined in this case after the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.
Digital delivery content:
For digital content that is also delivered as a download or via email, there is no shipping charge.
The digital content you offer (for example, Game Codes, Gift Cards, Product Keys) is usually transmitted electronically. Associated software or activation instructions required for installation or use will also be provided for free download.
